Bee's Game

On Saturday, we went to the Bee's Game. It was Lilly's first baseball game! She did really well even though it was REALLY HOT! After the game there were fireworks! Lilly LOVES fireworks. She sat and stared at them the entire time!

Cereal!!

So we decided to start Lilly on Rice cereal. She did really well and seems to really like it!

5 Months Old!

Lilly turned 5 months on Thursday! She is getting so big! She is such a joy to have in our lives! One of my favorite things is when I go to pick her up in the morning and she smiles at me when she sees me! It just melts my heart! She loves to giggle, play with her toys, play with mom and dad, and all her relatives! She loves to roll over onto her stomach, then after a while gets mad. She will not roll back onto her back! She is so funny! Anyway, here is a picture of her on her 5 month birthday.


**She kept fussing and crying every time I tried to get her picture, so this is the best one! Don't worry she is not minus a limb, she was just squirming!!

Collages

So some people were wondering how I made my pictures into collages. Well, I will tell you! I spent WAY to much time putting them together using Scrapblog. When I first discovered Scrapblog, I fell in love immediately! Well, now they charge for most of their stuff, so you are limited on what you can do! I recently discovered the wonderful picture editing program, Picasa. Picasa will organize your photos for you in a collage automatically! Wow! How amazing is that?! The photos below are older ones. They were in a folder and I just randomly clicked a folder and told it to put them into a collage. And it's as easy as that! I haven't had much time to experiment with Picasa, but I can't wait! Weekend Fun!

On Friday I thought it would be fun to make tinfoil dinners and head up to the canyon. We called our friends that live close by to see if they wanted to join us. I put together the dinners, then we headed up the canyon. We were sorely disappointed when fires were not allowed! So we ended back at Ryan and Kristyn's where they had one of these little fire pits. It turned out great and was a lot of fun!

Sunny California

On June 19th Carter Dean Foust was welcomed into this world! Almost exactly three months after Lilly. Carter's mom and dad are Trevor's brother, Trent and his wife Tiona. This fine family lives in San Pedro, CA! (Too far away for my liking!) We decided that we wanted to go meet the Lil' guy on the weekend of his blessing. He was blessed this past weekend. We decided to fly since we would be taking a 4 month old baby, and who likes to drive anyway?! We had a wonderful time! Trent and Tiona were fabulous hosts! Carter is as precious as they come! Lilly had a great time meeting her new cousin, flying on an airplane for the first time, and going to the beach for the first time! She did great on the plane! People were surprised when they saw we had a baby because they couldn't even hear her!!!

Trevor's parents also went, his little brother Landon, and his sister Shanna and her husband Brian. Tiona's parents came out from Washington, as well.

Trent and Tiona had a free weekend stay at the Hilton in Long Beach and they gave it to us!! It was a REALLY nice hotel! We spent two nights there and one night at the Vagabond Inn in San Pedro!

We did a lot of swimming, went to the beach, had a bbq, attended Carter's blessing, and went to the Pier. It was a great time had by all! Lilly was very intrigued by Carter. She kept staring at him and when we put them next to each other, she would try to grab him! These two will see each other again at Christmas. It will be fun to see them interact then!
