Happy 5th of July

On the 5th of July, we started out with swimming with the Foust side of our family. We had a lot of fun! Lilly loves to go swimming. We have gone quite a few times this summer, but never with Daddy. This was his first time swimming with her this season. They had a blast together!

Don't mess with baby! We start the Italian Mafia training at a young age!

Having fun jumping to Daddy:

Getting Joni to smile! That is a tough feat, and Lilly was able to do it!
After swimming, we joined my family at the Bee's baseball. We like to go this time of year because they do fireworks!
When we first got there, we ran into the "Balloon Granny"! Lilly is very intently watching her make a purple monkey! (Don't you just love her cute outfit?!)

Well, that sums it up for our 4th of July weekend festivities! We had a lot going on, but had a WONDERFUL time! I love holidays and all the time spent with family!

Happy 4th of July

Every year on the 4th, my Uncle Joe has a BBQ at his house. They live in Highland, and have acres and acres of land. Everyone brings their own meat to grill and a dish to share. We always have a ton of great food!

Here is Lilly and her cousin Haley. They are just days apart!

My cousin Aaron thought he would try out the little pink chair!

Filling up Daddy's hands with dirt:

Looking at the horses from a safe distance:

Running in her game of Bocce Ball:

Getting ready to throw her ball:

Actually getting to ride a horse! She was a little nervous at first, but had a great time!

Walking with Grandma and Grandpa:

I really enjoyed having the 4th of July on a Sunday, because in Utah that means we celebrate all weekend long! We were able to participate in every activity we wanted this year! There are always so many things to do, but so little time! I wish we could do it this way every year!!! I hope you enjoyed your 4th!

Happy 3rd of July!

On July 3rd, we went to the Kaysville parade. The parade was REALLY long! They have a waterfight at the end of the parade, which is the whole reason we go to the parade! The boys all have a great time playing! We first had breakfast at Trevor's parent's house. It was yummy!

After the parade, we came back to our house for a BBQ. The parade followed by a BBQ had been a tradition for the last few years with some of our friends. Ryan, Kristyn and their daughter Brooklyn, and Kayla, Eric and their daughter Ezri came over to our house. We had yummy food and good company! We sat around and talked for awhile, then the boys played some basketball. We had such a good time that everyone stayed until it was time for fireworks! We watched the fireworks at Davis High.
Here is Lilly and Brooklyn eating at their own little table! They were so cute together. They kept sharing each others food!

Lilly kept playing with this little boy, Ty, while we were waiting for the fireworks to start. He let her play with a glow stick and she loved it!
There are SEVERAL more pictures, these are just a few! We had a great 3rd of July, and hope you did too!
