My wonderful Great-Aunt Della turned 100 on Thursday the 8th! She was featured on the Today Show on Willard Scott's Birthday announcements! She was so excited to be on there, it has always been her dream! On Friday we planned a BIG party for her. It was held at a hall at St. Vincent's. Over 200 people were invited! My sister's friend, Mike (Zog), has a friend who owns a limo business. He drives around all the Jazz players! Anyway, he hooked us up with the biggest limo in Utah! It picked up our sweet Aunt Della and her daughter, Patti. Then it picked up another great-aunt of ours, Rosie, and her 105-year-old mom! My sister and I decided there was all the room and only 4 people to fill it, so we hopped in!!! The night was great! There were a TON of people and PLENTY of delicious food!!! We showed a DVD of pictures of her life. CH. 2 News showed up and interviewed her (then lied and said they would air it, but didn't!)!!!! We all watched the 10:00 clock news to see her, but it never came on, so then we went home!
One of my former students, Nate, invited my to his baptism. He was always one of my favorites (I can say that now since I am no longer teaching!) The baptism was at 9 in West Jordan. It was really neat! He is such a good kid! I'm so glad he invited me and Jaclyn! My Aunt Debbie was here from Cali, so later that day we had a get-together and my Aunt Sherri Lu's house. Good times were held by all!
Sunday I had to teach my first lesson as a RELIEF SOCIETY teacher!!!!!! I was SOOOOOOO nervous! I was hoping for something like PRIMARY, but NOOO I got Relief Society! After the tear-jerking lesson on Eternal Families, I headed to a cousins Bridal Shower! Again, great food and company! Then to my parents for dinner and fun! That is where we had to say good-bye to Aunt Debs! We had so much fun and we will definitely miss her!

I love the pic at the bottom! You guys are such a cute family! Oh and I have a funny, last night when I got home I got a call from a member of the relief society and I have to teach a lesson too. Isn't it enough that I teach the 12-13 every week! I'm getting nervous just thinking about it.
